Alosraonline.com, our dedicated e-commerce website, recently embarked on a journey to help those in need across the border, in Djibouti!

With almost 200 toys and children products being donated and shipped over to Djibouti, Country Manager David Hansé recently met with representatives from a local orphanage to provide them with the products, which included a huge choice of games, toys and baby essentials, including changing mats, strollers and walkers. The donations were distributed in the orphanage depending on the age categories.

The orphanage was very thankful, as now they are fully equipped for the little ones!

BMMI has long been committed to enhancing the social wellbeing of the local communities where it operates and aligning its business goals with its impact on the environment.

“I am very proud to be part of the BMMI family,” said David. “I hope to continue to donate to local associations.”

The donation was also broadcasted on local news channels, as well as reported in local newspapers.

“We are committed to the long term in Djibouti and we continue to invest in our business, and especially our people. I hope in our own small way we can continue to be a good corporate citizen in Djibouti,” said President & CEO, Gordon Boyle.

BMMI is currently planning to donate to other countries in which we operate in the near future.
