It’s been a busy few months for both La Vinoteca Barcelona and Café Amsterdam with Christmas, New Years and Valentine’s Day all coming just months apart, but regardless of all the work, the team pulled through with amazing results.

La Vinoteca Barcelona’s Restaurant Operations Manager and Executive Chef, Joan Gomez, was determined to recognise certain individuals for their hard work and efforts over the past few months.

Waitress, Camille Mariano, Bartender, Mark Nicolas and Line Chef, Shubi Mathai, were all awarded with Winning Hearts for their positive attitude and determination to get things done! They always put 100% into their work and show great team spirit, helping out whenever they are needed.

At Café Amsterdam, it’s no different. Waitress, Anna Marie, Runner, Owalabi Temitope and Line Chef, Karen Ughoc, were also awarded with Winning Hearts. The last few months meant extra work and determination for all of them and they pulled the job off with success!
