It was all fun and smiles for the Bayader team on 31 May, as they all got together for a day in the sun at Al Bander Resort, to take part in a team building training!

Joining forces with the Manahel Training Centre (MTC), the HR department organised this training to foster better and open communication between the employees.

Team building is essential among our restaurant employees, as it is their joint efforts that ensure the success of our operations in Café Amsterdam and La Vinoteca Barcelona

During this “wonderful day out”, as described by Marija Vasiljevikj, Head Hostess & IMS coordinator, the team took part in high-energy activities, creating a fun and truly team-spirited environment.

The team is no stranger to high energy, making sure tables are waited upon and that our delicious food is delivered on time, but by working together, their motivation and the building of trust among them will ensure better productivity.

The training was a combination of learning and taking part in games and activities, such as volleyball, musical chairs, pool games, watermelon fiesta and kayaking.

The team definitely had a good time. According to Marija, “It was very effective and we all went home extremely happy with the enjoyable experience, which will definitely show results into the business!”
