A bunch of new employees recently joined the Alosra team and the HR department found the perfect way to break the ice.

All 25 new joiners were invited to a team building training session at Al Bander Resort, where they were able to get to know each other through various games and activities, as well as allow them to get comfortable in each other’s company.

The training was designed and delivered by the Learning and Development department, along with the assistance of some of Alosra employees. It was a great success and the training went well.

All new employees had a great time and left in giggles and smiles. Moreover, the team managed to save up to 85% from the original price, as all training was done using in-house skills and there was no need to hire an external training institute to help!
