BMMI Bahrain welcomes children from the Royal Academy of Police
If you noticed a group of children in our BMMI premises in Bahrain lately, it’s because they were visiting us to learn more about our operations, as part of the Royal Academy of Police (RAP) Summer Camp.
This three-week summer camp, organised by the RAP, involved an informative training session where they were given a tour around our premises, as well as a short induction about our operations.
Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator, Jaffar Salman, Public Relations Officer & HR Coordinator, Sayed Mohammed, Reward Management Manager, Marwa Rasti, HR Operations & Admin Manager, Mohammed Turaif, and Security & B-intercept Manager Hassan Al – Khunaizi, gave these young students, aged between 12 and 17, a tour around our BMMI Headquarters in Sitra and our Alosra supermatket branch in Saar.
The students arrived in three batches on three separate days. All together, over 100 students visited us here at BMMI!
Once they toured every department and learned a little bit about what we were involved in, they were given a tour of our warehouse and were even able to ride up high in a forklift, which seemed to be the highlight for many!
As well as learning about our various departments and what products we distribute, they were also given a tour throughout Alosra and learned more about our supermarket and what goes on behind the scenes.
The last batch of students were televised on BTV, where a short montage of their time at BMMI was shown to the Bahraini public.

Well done to all those involved!
