Employees from Alosra took part in a LIFO training session recently and learned more about themselves, as well as their strengths and weaknesses.
LIFO training is an applied behavioural science training which fosters high performance for individuals and teams. It aims to improve productivity, communication and collaborative teamwork.
Through various activities and games, our employees were able to identify their basic orientation to life, or behavioural style. This enables them to be more productive in their work and recognise where improvements need to be made, or where they should remain the same.
Not only did they all work together to identify each other’s’ strengths and preferred communication style, but it also allowed them to form a bond with one another, opening up trust and enabled them to understand their impact on their team and how to motivate each other.
This was just one of the many batches to take place throughout the Group, with HR planning the training for most of our departments.
