The third annual Finance Managers Workshop was held in Bahrain recently where 13 Finance Managers from across all countries of operation attended between 7th and 10th September 2015.

A LIFO session, which was facilitated by Barnum BPL, was held for the team, where each participant’s behavioural profile was mapped and feedback sessions were held with every member. The LIFO session greatly enhanced teamwork and collaboration. This was followed by an internally facilitated workshop to discuss various business issues. Topics of focus included Corporate Governance and Compliance, Systemisation and Performance Management.

The last day of the workshop saw the team letting their hair down and having some fun! They visited Alosra Saar and BMMI Sitra HQ before having an enjoyable lunch together. They even visited the Ozone Centre in Sitra Mall and had a great time during a laser tag session!
