Warehouse employees were the next batch from BMMI Bahrain to take part in a LIFO training session and learn more about themselves, as well as their strengths and weaknesses.

LIFO training allows better teamwork between your colleagues, something that is essential when working in the warehouse. It aims to improve productivity, communication and collaborative teamwork.

The team took part in various activities and discussions and were able to “let loose”.

Not only did they all work together to identify each other’s’ strengths and preferred communication style, but it also allowed them to form a bond with one another, opening up trust, and enabled them to understand their impact on their team and how to motivate each other.
