The Beverages and Security teams sure came through during the Eid holiday rush!

In a true display of team spirit and dedication, all Beverages employees reported to the retail shop two days before the holiday and even worked on a Friday, in order to help clean, display and set up the retail shop for the first day of Eid. They were also present in the shop before opening time to double check that everything was in order.

The team also upped their customer service by serving water to customers who were standing in a queue in the hot sun, as well as ensured a high standard of care inside the shop.

All these factors were able to help the team achieve record sales, and in recognition of their hard work and team spirit, they were presented with Winning Hearts awards.

The BMMI Security team was also recognised with Winning Hearts awards for their hard work in the retail shop during the Eid holiday. With a rush of customers during the period, the team made sure that crowd security was tight, with an organised queue and no reported theft.

From the Security team, the awards were presented to Hassan Ahmed, Mustafa Hussain, Hassan Abdullah, Hussain Mohammed, Sayed Ali Sameed, Ali Hassan and Sayed Basel.
