A series of ‘Bad Leadership’ workshops have been carried out in BMMI Bahrain to be addressed to managers from different departments.

Every session revolves around a theme, including ‘intercultural communication’, ‘falling apart’, ‘what is strategy?’, ‘motivation’, ‘delivering happiness’ and ‘enchantment’.

Managers from different departments attended the workshop, which is being led by President & CEO, Gordon Boyle.

The workshops will continue to be carried out in the future for all managers.
