The BMMI Djibouti team had the opportunity to attend a two-day LIFO training hosted by trainers, Tanweer Rahimun and Ali Ghurbal recently!

The workshop was held in Djibouti Palace Kempinski on the November 18 and 19, 2015.

With a team of eight participants, the group of employees enjoyed the different activities and exercises that were given by the trainers.

The goal of the LIFO training was to give employees a chance to discover and identify each and everyone’s strengths and weaknesses in the workplace. Managers and associates freely shared their thoughts and feedback with each employee’s working styles and behaviours

Upon completing the training, employees admitted that they learned more about themselves and how they were perceived by others.

Employees also shared that they have gained a learning experience and also gained knowledge on new approaches on how to interact with their colleagues.
