The IMS team is back with its 4th Annual Quality Month in Bahrain. The slogan behind this year’s celebration is ‘Inspiring Innovation through Inclusivity’. As a theme, this is in line with the group’s overall focus on leveraging our diversity through inclusivity as a strategic priority.

Opening Ceremony

The month long celebrations were kicked off with an opening ceremony at the BMMI Tower, on November 5. President and CEO, Gordon Boyle inaugurated the event with an inspiring inclusivity message, followed by a presentation delivered by the IMS team informing employees of all the activities and initiatives planned for the month. A scrumptious and healthy breakfast was also organised in collaboration with Sarah Al Sairafi and the Alosra team.

Customer Day: Nutritional Awareness

A special customer day was organised for Alosra Amwaj customers, where nutritionists from Carlton Nutrition Centre were invited. The event was aimed at providing customers an opportunity to receive personalised advice and information concerning healthy eating and improved shopping habits.

The event was a success, with great customer feedback and interest. Furthermore, the IMS & Alosra teams have decided to collaborate on organising similar events for other Alosra outlets in the near future. A big thank you to the Alosra team.

IMS Committee

A special end of year IMS committee was held on November 24 at Café Amsterdam. The joint committee was held to thank the members for their continued support and collaboration to IMS.

An hour with the CEO

The IMS team attended an hour-long session with CEO, Gordon Boyle on November 26. The session covered topics including the ‘Performance Prism’ and ‘10 Steps to Excellence’.
