The IMS team, in collaboration with the Sports & Social Committee in Bahrain, organised an IMS Fun Day for employees on the November 28, at Al Bander Resort & Spa. It was a fun filled event with lots of team activities such as Tug ‘o’ War, a sack race and bowling. The event closed with a sumptuous lunch and prize giving ceremony.
Overall, the event was a success with employees thoroughly enjoying themselves and, more importantly, fostering collaboration between employees from all the different business units.
Quality Month closed on December 2, at the Bahrain Sitra HQ. The ceremony was kicked off with a presentation and short video by IMS Manager, Suttish Boodoo about the importance and relevance of quality in today’s world. CFO & EVP, Support Services, Ammar Aqeel, also attended and shared his own thoughts about quality and its importance, as well as its integral place in BMMI’s culture.
In addition, Winning Hearts certificates were awarded and the Quality Quiz winners were announced. The event was closed with a highlights video and a celebratory cake.
