The Finance team took part in a team building session organised by the Learning & Development department.

Employees from the Finance department in Bahrain headed down to Al Bander Resort & Spa for a day out in the sun with their colleagues.

Not only did they take the time to get to know one another, but they took part in a number of activities and showed off their competitive spirit!

The purpose of the training is to provide a framework that will increase the ability of employees to participate in planning, problem solving and decision making, in order to better serve customers. By collaborating and having synergy with one another, this will enable a motivating team, which will in turn lead to a team with better communication.

Employees had a fun day out and it was definitely a memorable and enjoyable experience for all!
