It has been an extremely successful few months for our Bayader employees, who truly deserve recognition for all their hard work.

Executive Chef, Joan Gomez, awarded members of his team for their motivation and their continued effort during the past few months.

Blagojco Trencesvki has worked extremely hard over the last three months, lending a helping hand to management through difficult times, ensuring he was always there providing a helping hand.

Zablon Loishouwack was also awarded for his outstanding performance during one of the busiest months of the year. Zablon always works with a smile on his face, no matter how much work he had on his plate.

Moreover, Prem Bahadur was awarded with a Winning Hearts certificate for stepping in and taking on multiple roles within Bayader. Prem always takes pride and responsibility for achieving the goals of the restaurants and always ensures that the job is done to his highest standard.

Leandro Pesci was also awarded for his excellent work during Restaurant Manager, Carlos Cerro’s leave. Leandro was still on probation during the time and proved himself during these difficult months. He also helped Carlos during Joan’s leave, ensuring everything was running smoothly.
