The Customer Service team were recently awarded with Winning Hearts certificates by Sales Manager Charles Swamy for working together to support the NEX operations revised timings.
NEX recently asked the team to support operations from 8am to 8pm, instead of the usual timing from 8am to 5pm. Regardless of the shortage in staff, the team worked extremely hard to cover the timings by doing split shifts to ensure all employees cover time slots that complete 12 hours of daily operations, whilst simultaneously continuing with their day to day tasks.
Regardless of the long hours, the team truly lived up to our mission of “winning the hearts and minds of our customers by delivering exceptional service.” They have covered these timings over the past two months and will continue until the end of March.
Moreover, Commercial Manager, Rishi Sevak recently awarded Winning Hearts certificates to recognise the efforts of those who are part of the one-year contract for the supply of fly ash (pulverised fuel ash) to COLAS in Djibouti.
Yasmine Mohammed, Prasanth Reddy, Linda D’Rozario and Madhu Menon were all awarded for their hard work and working together to ensure everything runs smoothly.
"The team ended up getting a high margin, although it’s a new product category, and deserve to be recognised,” said Rishi.
