The Mars team recently took part in a team building session organised by the Learning & Development department. Employees from the Mars divison in Bahrain headed down with full momentum to Al Bander Resort & Spa for a fun filled day in the sun on April 21.

The team took part in a number of activities, and showed off their competitive spirit! The purpose of the training was to provide a framework that will increase the ability of employees to participate in planning, problem solving and decision-making. Through improved collaboration, the team is now more motivated, with improved synergies and communication.
