Team building sessions are catching momentum with another session being organised by the Learning & Development department recently.

On 2 June, around 30 employees from our fresh and friendly supermarket, Alosra, headed down to Al Bander Resort & Spa for a day out in the sun with their colleagues.

Not only did they take the time to get to know one another, but they took part in a number of activities and showed off their competitive spirit!

The purpose of the training is to provide a framework that will increase the ability of employees to participate in planning, problem solving and decision making, to better serve customers.

Employees had a fun day out and it was definitely a memorable and enjoyable experience for all!
