BMMI was recently chosen out of 500 companies to participate in a recruitment exhibition and the official opening of the new Employment & Training Facility in the Abdulla bin Kanoo Centre for Disability Diagnosis and Evaluation.

Bahrain’s Labour & Social Development Minister and Board Chairman of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA), Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan visited BMMI’s booth at the event and was very impressed with what we had to offer. He mentioned how BMMI is a role model for many local companies, as we are inclusive and working towards greatness.

“BMMI has always encouraged inclusivity and diversity,” said Marwa Rasti, HR Operations Manager, GCC. “We interviewed many candidates who had plenty of potential, both in the back and front office. Currently, we are in the process of shortlisting them. We are proud to have participated and I think that although BMMI has always encouraged being ‘fair’, we are now moving our focus and making this something that is important to us.”
