It was that time of year again when the Executive Committee, board and subcommittee reports were due. A lot of hard work goes into preparing these packs but Governance, Risk & Compliance Officer- GRC Officer, Hanadi Al Saleh, and Office Administrator, Ramana Venakata, pushed on through to meet the deadlines, even during their weekend!

Showing their full dedication and support, the pack was delivered on time for the meeting, per the set requirements. Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Ammar Aqeel, recognised them both with Winning Heart awards.

“Hanadi has gone the extra mile living the Winning Heart values and showing outstanding support,” said Ammar. “She has gone over and above the management expectations, showing her full dedication, cooperation and support. As a team member, she has put aside her personal needs and collaborated to complete the certain task assigned to her.”

Ammar also shared kind words about Ramana and his support and help. “Ramana is a very effective member of BMMI, he is a true example of a team member supporting most of the support functions,” he added, “He worked during his weekend to assist Hanadi in completing the packs in order to ensure the deadline was met.”

As an appreciation of Ramana’s constant dedication and support and Hanadi’s dedication, they were both nominated for demonstrating true team spirit and living our values.
