The e-commerce team, including admin, customer service and delivery teams, delivered over 9% sales from their previous result, even against adverse market conditions, as well as over 17% more transactions revenue compared to October.

E-commerce Manager, Sujith Samuel, presented the team with Winning Hearts awards to recognise their efforts. “The team has gone the extra mile to ensure orders and deliveries reach customers on time and thereby encouraging them to be loyal to BMMI Shops,” he said.
