A pilot training course was recently conducted in GSS Gabon that was targeted towards management. The site-based training programme, which focuses on setting up a cost, supply, quality and customer focus culture was delivered in order to develop our team’s leaders in communication and relationships with clients.

Entitled “Tous Ensemble”, which translates to “All Together” in English, the 12 managers who attended for the full 3 days were trained by Managere Consulting, who included an audit to measure the gaps between current and expected performance, a review of daily work practices, staff motivation and communication, and a training and coaching session to improve performance.

The training was in the style of “train the trainer”, allowing the managers to transfer the knowledge gained to their employees, as well as throughout the business.
