Starting in the last week of March and leading up to Easter week, Alosra had a line-up of fun-filled activities for the little ones to enjoy.

Alosra’s younger shoppers got to get artistic while their parents did the grocery shopping. The kids created masterpieces by colouring in Easter-themed colouring pages, and even got the chance to showcase their art by hanging them in-store or taking them home.

Ceramic egg painting was another interactive experience at Alosra branches in Janabiyah and Saar. Sarah Al Sammak, from Studio Ceramic, led the sessions, helping children bring their vision of the perfect Easter egg to life! Parents took part too, assisting their children in designing beautiful eggs that will serve as a token for great memories and celebration.

Furthermore, combining the joy of baking and an opportunity to be creative, kids got to decorate cupcakes with multi-colored icing, sprinkles, and candy Easter eggs on April, 15. Kim Hijris, from A Piece of Cake, used her expertise to guide the kids in decorating colorful cupcakes in Alosra outlets in Janabiyah and Saar.

The Annual Easter Egg Hunt also took place in all Alosra branches, except for Durrat, on Easter Sunday, April 16, and was a tremendous success! Armed with wicker baskets, the participating kids explored Alosra’s aisles to find hidden chocolate eggs. Motived by the “finders, keepers!” rule, the kids had a good time navigating the aisles and finding the coveted Easter eggs.
