It was peak holiday season and many of our colleagues were away soaking up the sun, but in that period Madhu Menon, Dipesh Devadas and Shane Balean were working hard to ensure everything was completed smoothly during our contract mobilization period.

“Madhu, Dipesh and Shane were asked to step in for their colleagues who were away,” said Customer Service Manager, Charles Swamy. “With limited information or handover, they positively took on the supply chain, finance and customer work, addressing and resolving issues along the way.”

Despite their regular workload and duties, these three never hesitated to provide support to the team when needed the most and displayed the extraordinary spirit of being team players. They completed their regular day to day work, but also organised customer service, supply chain and finance payments for this contract. The three were awarded by Charles with Winning Hearts certificates to show his appreciation for all the effort they had put in during this period.
