Members of the Alosra team were recently awarded for displaying our Winning Hearts values.

Ali Hussain has always been a true team player and recently, it was no different. He always supports the team whenever needed, even during his vacation, as well as before and after working hours. He is Alosra’s true superstar and a Winning Hearts award was given to show the team’s appreciation.   

In addition, Danreyb Mesina, who is handling the ordering processes and is the Alosra go-to for following up on orders, as well as ensuring the products are delivered to both locations in Al Safa and Dhahran, has been doing an amazing job and was awarded for his team spirit. He is a true team player and continuously offers his support to the trading department.

The lovely Eman Al Qassab, has been a great asset to the team and has helped in improving the overall performance of the Customer Service department and is taking the lead in training new joiners. This dedication and work ethic is what landed her a Winning Hearts award.

The Alosraonline.com team have also been working hard to ensure smooth operations. Narjes Haider and Suresh Kumar were awarded Winning Hearts certificates for their great achievements. Alosraonline.com has achieved a nearly 80% growth to date this year, and that is partly thanks to Narjes and Suresh’s contribution to the business, by managing the orders and deliveries – these numbers are triple what they were when they joined the division. They go above and beyond their regular duties to satisfy customer requests. They work long hours, are always on their toes, and have proven that with determination and persistence we can achieve new heights.

Our YLP, Mohammed Al Asfoor, has also been recently awarded with a Winning Hearts certificate for all his work with preparing for a big bid. It was a hectic couple of weeks, but Mohammed proved he was up for the challenge, worked with management, and even liaised with the Corporate Communications team to ensure everything was perfectly done and finalised on time. He took the lead with the project and it was a success. In a small ceremony that took place in the corporate office, Mohammed was awarded by CEO Marek Sheridan and General Manager of Food Retailing and Production, Jaffar Al Asfoor, and was recognised for his dedication. Not only did he work for long hours but was also very organised and enthusiastic.
