Our colleagues across the Group have been on a winning streak! A number of employees from around our operations have been recognised for their commitment to our Winning Hearts culture and for going the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Kawthar Abdulla, Senior Specialist of Learning and Development, was recently recognised by Mahdi Jawad and Sarah Al Sairafi for her diligent work in applying for financial support for our employees’ training in Bahrain. Kawthar managed to save the business a huge amount of money, while ensuring that our employees get the best development opportunities.

The recognition didn’t stop there! Ramla Khuder, Receivables Team Leader, also received a Winning Hearts award from Rehab Qamber for taking on the challenge of completing all pending tasks before last year’s end. Ramla proved how she actively lives our values by powering through the tasks late into the night, and getting everything done perfectly. Furthermore, Security Guard, Mahmood Hussain, was awarded by Head of IMS, Security and Admin, Suttish Boodoo, for his unwavering support and his amazing team spirit.

Ten of our employees from GSS Sudan were also surprised with Winning Hearts awards by Camp Boss William Mwendar to recognise their exceptional work and attitude! Taking on our client’s feedback, our employees poured their all into their work, which gained us a lot of recognition from our client and boosted our chances of winning a new tender.

The streak of recognising excellent effort and a Winning Hearts attitude didn’t end there! Ammar Mohammed, Sayed Mohammed and Fatima Hassan all received Winning Moments scratch cards to recognise their dedication and their true spirit of performance.
