All you busy bees have found a new hive on SSHR! Many of us may not know about all the hard work that went on behind the scenes of the Employee Self Service HR initiative, taking months of preparation – but don’t worry, it didn’t go unnoticed!

In a special Thursday morning breakfast, employees in the BMMI Tower came together to celebrate and congratulate all those involved in the effort that went in to SSHR, including planning, setting up and training.

A special Winning Hearts awards ceremony took place, where Marek awarded special members of both the HR and IT team for their hard work, sweat and tears!

Well done to all those involved and we’re all buzzing to explore the new platform. We know the system is new and you may need some help, so don’t hesitate to contact HR for any help you may need.
