Customer Service Executive, Beverages (BEV-CP/1220/01)

Main responsibilities

  • Answering customer calls
  • Dealing with orders or queries and logging related information
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Resolving complaints and
  • Providing satisfactory information when needed

Main requirements

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or being a graduate of a business-related subject
  • At least two years’ experience in a telesales role, preferably in the beverages industry
  • Experience in data entry
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, with Arabic skills considered an advantage
  • Problem solving, interpersonal, people management, and communication skills
  • Being thorough and analytical, with the ability to handle working under pressure
