Main responsibilities
- Answering customer calls
- Dealing with orders or queries and logging related information
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Resolving complaints and
- Providing satisfactory information when needed
Main requirements
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or being a graduate of a business-related subject
- At least two years’ experience in a telesales role, preferably in the beverages industry
- Experience in data entry
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with Arabic skills considered an advantage
- Problem solving, interpersonal, people management, and communication skills
- Being thorough and analytical, with the ability to handle working under pressure
