BMMI further expands its reach in the African market
BMMI, through its fully owned subsidiary Global Sourcing & Supply (GSS), has further expanded its reach into the African market, reinforcing its reputation as one of the most quality-driven, international and steadily growing companies in the region.
In Port-Gentil, Gabon, the Group recently acquired Land Occupation Rights and a logistics base for two million Bahraini Dinars. Furthermore, the Group has also completed the acquisition of its joint venture companies’ partner shares in both Sudan and South Sudan, for a total of USD 747, 700.
These acquisitions constitute a significant milestone in the continuous development of BMMI’s businesses in Africa.
Since 2008, GSS, the Integrated Facilities Management subsidiary of BMMI, has successfully provided a comprehensive range of contracted services to commercial, governmental and NGO clients in mature and developing markets.
