Sales Supervisor, Consumer Division (NT-CP/1220/01)

Main responsibilities

Managing the hypermarket channel, monitoring all related sales team activities and results to ensure achievement of volume, revenue, distribution and market coverage targets.

Managing stock and debtor levels, forecasting sales, and identifying trends to aid decision-making and ways to improve the business.

Building BTL plans with the Sales Manager and Trade Marketing team for brands across the agency spectrum for various principals.

Providing guidance to the team, attending visits to monitor staff performance, and taking required corrective action to ensure maximum sales ability of the team.

Main requirements

Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or being a graduate of a business-related subject is desirable

Fluency in spoken and written English (with Arabic skills an added advantage)

A minimum of three to four years’ experience in a Sales and Marketing management role

Valid Bahraini driving licence

Proven success in managing, developing and motivating multinational teams

Excellent customer service, leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail and PC efficiency
