Admin Assistant, BLS

Reporting to the BLS – Admin Division's Assistant Admin Manager, you will be responsible for administering the processing of all transactions related to the movement of products (both inbound and outbound) against supplier purchase orders and customer orders. You will also be responsible for ensuring that stocks are accounted quickly, costs and delays are minimised, and that outbound transactions, including invoicing, are completed in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field
Years of experience and other skills:
- Two or more years office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP is an added advantage (full cycle from Sales Order Creation till invoicing)
