Customer Service Representative, Beverages (Retail)

Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for maximising sales volume through executing sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets. You will also be tasked with identifying new sales opportunities, communicating new products to customers, and managing the point-of-sale system during busy periods. The Customer Service Representative will also need to process cash, debit, and credit transactions and provide an excellent customer experience through product upselling, reporting feedback, and striving to meet targets while adhering to outlet procedures.

Your profile:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate.

Years of Experience and Other Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail customer service, preferably in the liquor industry.
  • Beverages portfolio knowledge.
  • Knowledge of retail software applications.

  • Communication skills.
