Hostess Supervisor, Alto Lounge

Reporting to the Alto Outlet Manager, the Hostess Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the hostess team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the front-of-house area of the lounge. The job holder plays a crucial role in creating exceptional customer experience at all touch points and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, while also coordinating and organising seating arrangements to optimise the dining experience. The successful candidate will also manage guest reservations, table allocation, waiting lists, and requests to ensure creating a positive impression of the restaurant.
Your profile:
- General Secondary Certificate.
- Professional Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Years of Experience and Other Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar job position and industry.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
