Key Account Manager, Beverages (On-Trade)

Reporting to the Senior Manager (On-Trade), the job holder is required to oversee queries and complaints to ensure dedicated services are provided to a variety of clients of retail, on-trade, and e-commerce channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and communicating with the Customer Service Team and retailers. The Key Account Manager will also execute sales and customer service strategies to drive distribution targets and ensure excellent customer experience and overall profitable growth.
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or being a graduate in a business-related subject.
Years of Experience and Other Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Executive role, preferably in the Liquor industry.
- Experience in merchandising and promotions under the F&B category.
- Customer focus
