Sales Supervisor, Mars

Reporting line:
- Reporting to the Mars division’s Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Executing brand strategy across all channels in Bahrain.
- Implementing initiatives in line with sales strategies to grow market share by outperforming the competition.
- Managing daily operations such as team performance, market activation, shipments to customers, targeted volume and revenue, distribution target, and market coverage target.
- Monitor and manage brand planogram, merchandising activity, stock level, expiry issues, debtor levels, and market trends to support business and aid decision-making.
- Communicate with all relevant departments and retailers for smooth operation.
Your profile:
- A Bahraini National.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related subject.
Years of experience and other skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Knowledge of Bahrain’s FMCG market & sales fundamentals.
- Knowledge of food &/or non-food categories.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint & good presentation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English (Arabic an advantage).
