Van Salesman, Mars (Bahraini National Only)

Reporting line:

  • Reporting to the Van Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Maximise product distribution and sales volume by executing brand initiatives in line with principals’ objectives.
  • Manage a defined product portfolio within an assigned geographical area, driving traditional trade distribution and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for traditional trade customers, proactively identifying stock requirements, coordinating SKU replenishment, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments in line with agreed terms.

Your profile:

  • High School Diploma or a National Diploma in business, administration, or a related field.
  • Bahraini National

Years of experience and other skills:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in FMCGS Sales & Distribution.
  • Previous experience in sales / cash handling role.
  • Heavy Driving License is a must.
  • Knowledge of product information.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (Arabic an advantage)
  • Knowledge of the road system and geography of Bahrain.
  • Knowledge of credit terms and controls.
